I arrived in Athens a couple of days early to make sure I was adjusted to the new time zone. I took note of what wouldn't be covered on the tour and considered some of these options, but mostly I walked, observed, interacted with people and played with my camera.
I enjoyed the ruins, the graffiti, a parade with all the students of Athens in their school uniforms, and I slid down Mars Hill on my backside (well, seven feet) and discovered you can pack too light...when you rip your slacks! So, I did some shopping for a new pair and had a lovely time with the ladies in the shop. Then the tour began! I will not outline each day or interaction on the tour. I'll rely on my photographs to show you my view of Greece.
