Greece 2017

I think Delphi is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been, but then Greece is one of the most beautiful countries that I have ever visited.  There's sometimes a rough beauty to Greece, but the Greeks have survived it and I hope they remain themselves, and survive and thrive well into the future.

Penny, our local Delphi guide, and Nicky, our Olympia guide were top notch, as were all our local guides.

 

The flowers in the countryside were starting to bloom covering the fields and hills with spring colors.

Lagkadia is built on the side of a mountain.  The view across the valley to the town and the view from my balcony were thrilling.  Sorry if I was overly infatuated with this view...
